Midhat is an Associate Clinical Psychologist, a certified member of American Psychological Association (APA), and a certified EMDR Therapist . She has been associated with institutions working on Child’s Mental Wellbeing. She has experience in working with hospital and rehabilitations where she has mainly administered Play Therapy, CBT and Psychoanalytic approach with in-patients. She is a speaker and a trainer, working with various institutions. Moreover she also has experience working with International Organizations such as Special Olympics Pakistan where she has given workshops to the Athletes on Wellbeing. She has also worked with WHO. She is an advocate of spreading mental health awareness and aims to reach length. Her vision is to spread awareness, from all walks of life. In order to create a healthy and conducive environment for everyone.
